well, i never got to the airport to pick up Keren. why, you might ask? I GOT A FLAT TIRE! One person pointed it out and i motioned "Thanks!" to them, but since i didnt feel it, and i was running late to get Keren, i kept on going. but then 2 other people honked and made scary "FLAT!" motions, so i called my mom asking her what to do. i drove down E Marginal Way, and found nothing. i got all the way down to the Flight Mueseum and i still hadnt passed a gas station. i freaked out, but then turned around and went all the way back to the 1st Ave S bridge. There was a Chevron there, at that weird triangle corner next to the two busiest streets in Seattle. Fuck that corner. i finally scuttled over there, but then the guy at the counter was not assitance at all. (i was wondering if you could help me with my flat tire? NO. uh... NO.) i called my mom again and then called AAA. after spending a good 15 minutes trying to find the damn spare tire, and another half hour waiting, the guy finally showed up. He was very nice, he jacked up the car and put the spare on, and warned me not to drive fast on it.

So as i start driving, the car starts shaking. it felt like it was going to fall over. it was the scariest ride home of my life. it was so scary that i got off Aurora and drove through downtown and down 15th to get home, a much longer ride. AND i was only going about 10 miles an hour, for optimum stability. (if i went faster it felt like the car was going to fall apart.)

i am home and Keren forgives me, she found a ride home. we are going to go out and play later tonight, around 9. This is a warning to all you drivers, BE PREPARED! KNOW where your hubcap key is, where your tire is, where your jack is! love love
